Construction Project Management. Understanding the role of project management soft skills in delivering successful projects

      Аннотация: In this book, discussion has been made over the project management soft skill in delivering successful project. In the background of the study discussion of the soft skill and its current application in the organisational context, helps to understand the chances of different issues those are effective to downturn the level of potentiality of the project. Further rationale of the book reflects the issue and the focus of the book. Based on the identification of the book gap the major aim of the book has been concentrated towards the understanding of the project management soft skills, which is useful for the development of the successful project completion.
