Аннотация: The synthesized nanoparticles were of spherical shaped and the estimated sizes were 200 nm. The nanoparticles were surrounded by a thin layer of proteins having functional groups of amines, alcohols, ketone, aldehydes, UV-vis spectrophotometer, FT-IR, XRD SEM, DLS and Fluorescence emission spectra. All these techniques proved that Bacillus sp mediated ZnO+ nanoparticles to metal ion ratio plays an important role in the shape and determination of nanoparticles.
