Аннотация: Emotional Intelligence is a subjective matter in Higher Education Institutions as well as professionals. Institutions are under continuous demands and develop into as much as possible in delivery methods to adapt to student requirements. In this study the antecedents of Emotional Intelligence on faculty performance, knowledge creation and sharing and Institution Culture was analyzed .Faculty Emotional Intelligence had a positive impact on faculty knowledge creation and sharing.
