      Аннотация: Vitiligo is an ailment which cause due to destructon of melanocytes from various areas of skin which is differentiated due to occurance of silvery white macules mostly affect the region like wrists, axillae, perioral, periorbital, andanogenital skin. The white patches affect the life of individual both mentally and socially. Studies suggested that this disorder is linked with autoimmune disease as the infiltrates from the edges of the macules contain antibodies that are directed towards melanocytes. Many high level studies provide an insight about the pattern in the affected population, according to which it mostly occurred in the people’s who belong to the age group of 20-25 years. This disease affects almost 0.3 to 0.5 % of world’s inhibitants thus is one of the main concern of medical field.
