Аннотация: Organizational culture is a topic that has been given a lot of attention in management knowledge and in the field of organizational behavior. Following new theories and researches in management and industrial and organizational psychology, organizational culture has become increasingly important and has formed one of the main and central issues of organization management. According to a group of management science thinkers, organizational culture has been recognized as one of the most effective factors in the progress and development of countries, so many researchers believe that one of the important reasons for Japan's success in industry and management is their attention to organizational culture. According to Dennison, Chu and Yang (2000), organizational culture refers to the basic values, beliefs and principles that serve as a solid foundation for the management system. In addition, both the values and beliefs and the management system strengthen those basic principles. These principles and values are permanent. Because they have special meaning and concepts for the members of the organization.
