Аннотация: Mental health, which is one of the axes of evaluating the health of different societies, plays an important role in ensuring the dynamism and efficiency of each society. The world health organization defines health as complete physical, mental and social well-being and not just the absence of disease and infirmity. Emotional and psychological disorders are one of the important and increasing factors of disease, disability and reduction of quality of life in all societies. According to the report of the world health organization, 1 out of every 4 people (25% of people) suffers from one or more mental disorders at every stage of life. According to the national mental health association, according to the report of the US center for disease control, 7.8% of men and 12.3% of women aged 18-24 suffer from mental problems, especially depression. The science and practice of maintaining the health and mental efficiency of a person in order to develop optimal individual and social behavior methods, to use capacities, abilities and natural talents, as well as to prevent mental disorders, is called mental health.
