      Аннотация: Educators and psychologists have always been concerned with measuring and evaluating the progress of their students and clients. Criticism is always raised on the quality of our educational product. There are students even after being taught cannot engage in higher-order thinking processes and this concern make educators review their teaching and evaluation techniques. This book covers topics related to the use of measurement and evaluation in a classroom and counseling setting. The book will serve as the main text in the course measurement and evaluation at the undergraduate level. The contents of this book are based on the authors' conviction that they will provide certain knowledge, skills, and understandings for which classroom teachers, school counselors and administrators should possess.
