Critical Success Factors of Six-sigma Implementation. In Automotive Industry

      Аннотация: Although most organizations want to improve quality and reduce costs, the implementation of continuous improvement tools and methods did not achieve the required results. Many organizations fail to properly structure and/or support continuous improvement initiatives. The identification of the critical success factors of six-sigma is a very essential step to reduce both the time and cost of six-sigma implementation, as well as to ensure its sustainability. So what the author will be committed to throughout his book is identifying the critical success factors of six-sigma implementation to help the organizations to apply this process improvement concept in the most effective and efficient way, with the lowest possible cost, and to sustain it.
