Аннотация: The content of this book provides a valuable guidance to the higher educational administrators about the Quality of Work Life (QoWL) of faculty and academic staff working at a Higher Education Institution (HEI) in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). It provides a valid and reliable instrument to policy makers of HEIs across globe to assess the QoWL of faculty and academic staff working in higher education (HE) sector. The concepts included in this book are based on the published studies, books and articles related to QoWL. Any points and topics left out will be considered in future. The authors and publisher, however, disclaim the responsibility of any consequences resulting from the misapplication of the material contained herein. It is advisable to consult your existing faculty and administrators of HEIs before making any modifications to your HE environment based on concepts suggested in this book.
