It was found that teachers' attitudes toward teaching English in the first four Grades were positive, and there were no statistically significant differences in the EFL teachers' attitudes toward teaching English due to: Educational level, Gender, Experience, Marital status (single or married). It is recommended that English learning as a foreign language should start in the preschool classes in order to help children master basic sounds pronunciation.
