Аннотация: Parenting is cumbersome for many parents. It requires a lot of effort and persistence. The present book is a guide to parents. In this book, information to parents regarding good parenting and bad parenting is given. The role played by play as a relationship builder has been emphasized. Parents should have knowledge about milestones of development and immunization schedule for children .This will help them to trace the growth and development of their offspring. This has been mentioned in this book .There is a small section on nutrition and iodine in food which are essential for healthy development of children .Four widely used parenting styles and their impact on children have been described .Mention has also been made of the importance of culture in parenting.
