Аннотация: This book introduces the reader to basic and fundamental aspects of what fat is and how it is perceived. The good, the bad and the ugly aspects of fat are described in this book. The essentiality of fat for life is also emphasized. The authors discuss the phobia for fat and the benefits/demerits of this phenomenon. Factors leading to accumulation of fat and practical steps to address these are discussed. The authors examine certain myths and misconceptions that get many confused about this really important matter of FAT and therefore are unsure which to include in their dietary repertoire and which to ditch! They conclude the book by looking at some recommendations for this unavoidable matter. The authors believe this book will clear many doubts and educate many people on the right knowledge on fat for its consumption in the right manner for optimum growth.
